Electrical Installation Verification & Assurance

Our core business is verification of safety for electrical installations located in potentially flammable atmospheres or 'Hazardous areas'.

To properly manage the additional risk of fire or explosion in a hazardous area special attention is required at all stages of the electrical installation life cycle, from the initial design concept, through detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, placing into service and ongoing inspection and maintenance.

From grain storage and food manufacture to water and wastewater treatment, through offshore oil and gas exploration and downstream processing to exciting new renewable energy hydrogen facilities we have tailored our assurance services to meet the specific needs of different industries.

We believe that verification by way of third party assessment is the only reliable way to ensure absolute compliance and optimum output, from any safety critical process.

We accept that the same level of third party scrutiny we advise our clients to apply to their electrical design and installation practices, should apply equally to our own systems and processes.

With this in mind, and to allow our clients to have absolute faith in both our ability and the quality of the services we provide, we have developed and implemented a quality management system for the provision of classification, audit and inspection services for electrical installations in hazardous areas.

Our quality management system is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and is described in documented management procedures which provide clear guidelines and formal procedures for our full range of activities.

In keeping with our commitment to continual improvement and third party verification we submit our key people for ongoing competence assessment and certification by SGS BASEEFA under the framework of the IECEx certificate of personnel competence scheme.
